Give due 'Dakshina' (fees) for any religious act, rituals, prayer, recitation, discourse to able & learned Brahmin, alike you give fees to any Doctor, Lawyer etc along with respect. Else, you need not to call Brahman and do the religious act, rituals yourself, whether it is happy occasion of Birth, Marriage or any other.
