अफगानिस्तान के राष्ट्रपति भवन पर तालिबान लड़ाकों का अधिकार (कब्जा) हो गया है। अल-जजीरा न्यूज नेटवर्क पर प्रसारित वीडियो फुटेज के अनुसार, तालिबान लड़ाकों का एक बड़ा समूह राजधानी काबुल में स्थित राष्ट्रपति भवन के भीतर दिख आ रहा है। तालिबान द्वारा अफगानिस्तान पर अपने कब्जे की घोषणा राष्ट्रपति भवन से करने और देश को फिर से 'इस्लामिक अमीरात ऑफ अफगानिस्तान' का नाम देने की आशा है। बीस साल की लंबी लड़ाई के बाद अमेरिकी सेना के अफगानिस्तान से निकलने के कुछ ही दिनों के भीतर लगभग पूरे देश पर फिर से तालिबान का कब्जा हो गया है।

अफगानिस्तान में तालिबान ने राजधानी काबुल में घुसने के कुछ घंटे बाद ही राष्ट्रपति भवन पर कब्ज़ा कर लिया। राष्ट्रपति अशरफ गनी और उपराष्ट्रपति अमरउल्ला सालेह अफगानिस्तान छोड़कर तजिकिस्तान रवाना हो गए हैं। अनेक राजनयिक अधिकारी और अन्य अफगानी लोग देश छोड़कर चले गए हैं। अफगान सरकार के मंत्री, सरकारी कर्मचारी और सैकड़ों की संख्या में अन्य लोगों से हवाई अड्डे का टर्मिनल भरा हुआ था और सब बेचैनी के साथ अपनी उड़ानों का इंतजार कर रहे थे। इनमें अनेक महिलाएं और बच्चे भी शामिल थे। 

अफगानिस्‍तान की स्थिति पर संयुक्‍त राष्‍ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद की आज बैठक होगी। परिषद की भारत की अध्‍यक्षता के दौरान अफगानिस्‍तान पर यह दूसरी बैठक है। एस्‍टोनिया और नॉर्वे में तत्‍काल सत्र बुलाने का अनुरोध किया था। संयुक्‍त राष्‍ट्र महासचिव अंतोनियो गुतेरस सुरक्षा परिषद को स्थिति की जानकारी देंगे। 

इस बीच, अफगानिस्‍तान से 129 यात्रियों को लेकर एयर इंडिया का एक विमान कल शाम नई दिल्‍ली पहुंचा। आधिकारिक सूत्रों ने बताया कि एयर इंडिया ने आज भारतीय नागरिकों को अफगानिस्‍तान से लाने के लिए दूसरी उड़ान की भी व्‍यवस्‍था की है।

संयुक्त राष्ट्र की आपात बैठक-
संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद (UNSC) एस्टोनिया और नॉर्वे के अनुरोध पर अफगानिस्तान की स्थिति पर सोमवार को आपात बैठक होगी। परिषद के राजनयिकों ने रविवार को कहा कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासचिव एंतोनियो गुतारेस परिषद के सदस्यों को राजधानी काबुल पर तालिबान के कब्जे के बाद के ताजा हालात से अवगत कराएंगे।

युद्धग्रस्त देश से लोगों को निकालने के प्रयास-
रविवार सुबह काबुल पर तालिबान लड़ाकों की दस्तक के बाद राष्ट्रपति अशरफ गनी ने देश छोड़ दिया। वही, देशवासी और विदेशी भी युद्धग्रस्त देश से निकलने को प्रयासरत हैं, हालांकि काबुल हवाईअड्डे से वाणिज्यिक उड़ानें बंद होने के कारण लोगों की इन प्रयासों को झटका लगा है। अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री एंटनी ब्लिंकन के अनुसार, अमेरिका काबुल स्थित अपने दूतावास से शेष कर्मचारियों को व्‍यवस्थित तरीके से बाहर निकाल रहा है।

Taliban control Afghanistan's presidential palace

Taliban have taken control of Afghanistan's presidential palace, hours after the insurgents entered the Afghan capital Kabul yesterday. Both President Ashraf Ghani and Vice-President Amarullah Saleh have left Afghanistan for Tajikistan.

The US Embassy said, the Kabul airport, where diplomats, officials, and other Afghans have fled, have come under fire. Hundreds of Afghans, some of them government ministers and government employees and also other civilians including many women and children, crowded in the terminal desperately waiting for flights out. American diplomats were evacuated from their embassy by helicopter to the airport.

An Air India flight carrying 129 passengers from Afghanistan has landed in New Delhi yesterday evening. The flight took off earlier in the day from Kabul. Official sources said, Air India has also planned another flight today to bring back Indians.

The United Nations Security Council will meet today to discuss the situation in Afghanistan, where the government has collapsed and the Taliban has seized the presidential palace. This will be the second meeting on Afghanistan under India's presidency at the council. Estonia and Norway have requested this urgent session.The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will brief the Council.

Meanwhile, Afghanistan former President Hamid Karzai along with Abdullah Abdullah and former Mujahideen leader Gulbuddin Hekmatyar have formed a Coordination Council in order to prevent chaos and manage affairs related to a peaceful transfer of power.

Bcoz No one can differciate civilian and talibani. Talibani hide their identity in public so US and Afganistan Army cant find them. That's the reason USA defeated...! -@Priyansh_999

This capture of a country (Afghanistan) is a reminder  , how muslim invaders capture Indian land and change culture of this area.
