Many State govts & UTs re-open schools and educational institutions from today
दिल्ली, हरियाणा, उत्तर प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान और मेघालय सहित विभिन्न राज्यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों में स्कूल आज (एक सितंबर) से फिर खुल गए हैं। कोविड महामारी एवं लॉकडाउन के कारण पिछले लंबे समय से केवल ऑनलाइन ही पढ़ाई हो रही थी।
उत्तर प्रदेश-
उत्तर प्रदेश में कक्षा एक से पांच तक के स्कूल कोविड दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुपालन के साथ आज से खुल रहे हैं। इस संबंध में राज्य के सभी जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारियों को दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए किए गए हैं।
स्कूल प्रशासन कोविड संबंधी दिशानिर्देशों के पालन के लिए पूरे तौर पर उत्तरदायी माना जाएगा। हर स्कूल के एन्ट्री गेट पर कोविड के परीक्षणों की जांच के लिए बच्चों के थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग की व्यवस्था होगी। कक्षाओं में सैनेटाइज़र की व्यवस्था होगी और पढ़ाई पालियों में की जाएगी। हालांकि, छात्रों को व्यक्तिगत रूप से कक्षाओं में उपस्थित होने से पहले अपने अभिभावकों की स्वीकृति लेना अनिवार्य होगा। वो बच्चे जो ऑफलाइन क्लास में नहीं आना चाहते हैं, उन्हें ऑनलाइन क्लास जारी रखने की अनुमति होगी। राज्य में 16 अगस्त से कक्षा 9 से 12 तक और 23 अगस्त से कक्षा 6 से 8 तक की पढ़ाई पहले ही आरंभ की जा चुकी हैयद्यपि, अभी भी छात्रों के लिए उपस्थिति को अनिवार्य नहीं किया गया है।
मध्य प्रदेश-
मध्य प्रदेश में कक्षा 6 से 12 तक के सभी सरकारी और निजी स्कूल पचास प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ आज से खुल रहे हैं। कक्षा 1 से 5 तक की कक्षाएं शुरू करने का निर्णय एक सप्ताह बाद, स्थिति के आधार पर लिया जाएगा। माता-पिता की सहमति और कोविड-19 दिशानिर्देशों का कड़ाई से पालन अनिवार्य किया गया है। सभी टीचिंग और नॉन टीचिंग स्टाफ का टीकाकरण भी अनिवार्य है।
At the entry gate, thermal screening of children will be done
Many State governments and Union Territories will re-open schools and educational institutions from today as Covid cases are declining. These include Delhi, Haryana, Utar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Meghalaya.
Uttar Pradesh-
All schools for Classes 1 to 5 in Uttar Pradesh will open today keeping in mind the necessary Covid norms. Guidelines in this regard have already been issued to all District Basic Education Officers in the state. School administration will be responsible for the strict adherence of the covid guidelines. At the entry gate of every school, thermal screening of children will be done to check for Covid symptoms. Sanitizers will be arranged in classrooms and teaching will be conducted in two shifts. However, it is mandatory for students to get the permission of their parents for attending physical classes.
Children who do not wish to attend offline classes will be allowed to join classes online. Schools in state had already opened for classes 9 to12 from August 16, and for Classes 6 to 8 for studies from August 23. However, attendance for students has not been made compulsory.
Madhya Pradesh-
In Madhya Pradesh, all schools including government and private are being opened from today, with 50% capacity. All government and non government schools are being opened for the students of class 6-12 from today with 50 percent attendance. The decision on resumption of classes for standard 1 to 5 will be taken on the basis of the situation after a week. Parent’s consent and strict adherence to the Covid 19 guidelines has been made mandatory. Vaccination of all teaching and non-teaching staff is also essential. CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan has appealed to all the students and parents to ensure Covid appropriate behavior.

Delhi Disaster Management Authority has directed the classes to function at 50 per cent capacity to maintain social distancing. Schools will reopen for classes 9 to 12 from tomorrow, while those for standards 6 to 8 are expected to restart from 8th September. Delhi Government has issued Standard Operating Procedure, SOP for reopening of schools. In the morning and evening shifts, there will be a gap of at least one hour between the two shifts.
No student will be forced to attend the school and consent of parents is mandatory. Students, teachers and employees living in containment zones will not be allowed to come. Delhi government has directed to follow staggered timings to avoid crowding in the classrooms during lunch breaks and at the main entrance gate. Children have been asked not to share their food, books and other stationery items.
Rajasthan-
Schools for classes 9th to 12 are going to open from today in Rajasthan. Minister of State for Education Govind Singh Dotasara informed in a tweet yesterday. The Education Department has already issued SoP for schools.
