भारत और रूस वर्ष 2030 तक व्यापार लक्ष्य 100 अरब डॉलर करने पर सहमत हो गये हैं। दोनों देशों ने विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में सहयोग के लिए नौ समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर किए। विदेश सचिव विनय मोहन क्वात्रा ने बताया कि बैठक के दौरान दोनों नेताओं के बीच वार्ता आर्थिक सहयोग पर केंद्रित रही।भारत और रूस ने प्रसार भारती और टीवी नोवोस्ती के बीच प्रसारण के क्षेत्र में सहयोग पर भी हस्ताक्षर किए। इसमें दोनों देशों के बीच राजनीतिक और आर्थिक क्षेत्र, बड़े पैमाने पर व्यापार, पूंजी संबंध, ऊर्जा, विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी सहयोग, रक्षा और सुरक्षा से सम्बद्ध अधिकारी भी शामिल थे।श्री क्वात्रा ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री ने रूस सेना में गुमराह किये गये भारतीय नागरिकों की शीघ्र रिहाई का मुद्दा जोरदार तरीके से उठाया। उन्होंने कहा कि रूसी पक्ष ने सभी भारतीय नागरिकों को रूसी सेना की सेवा से शीघ्र छुट्टी देने का वादा किया है।
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया है कि आने वाले वर्षों में भारत-रूस संबंध और प्रगाढ़ होंगे। रूस के राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन के साथ मुलाकात के दौरान श्री मोदी ने कहा कि पिछले 40-50 वर्षों से भारत आतंकवाद का सामना कर रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री ने हर तरह के आतंकवाद की निंदा की। इस अवसर पर श्री पुतिन ने यूक्रेन में संघर्ष को समाप्त करने के लिए समाधान खोजने के प्रयासों के लिए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को धन्यवाद दिया। श्री मोदी ने क्षेत्र में शांति स्थापित करने के लिए हरसंभव तरीके से मॉस्को की सहायता करने के लिए भारत की तत्परता दोहराई थी।

Earlier, PM Modi also visited the 'All-Russian Exhibition Centre' in Moscow today. He was accompanied by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Both leaders toured the Rosatom Pavilion at the Exhibition Centre.
Mr Modi witnessed a photo exhibition dedicated to India-Russia cooperation in the field of civil nuclear energy. He was also shown the "Atomic Symphony” - a permanent working model of the VVER-1000 reactor which is the heart of the Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant in India. Meanwhile, PM Modi has left Moscow for the second leg of his visit to Vienna, Austria.

"Order of St Andrew the Apostle"
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was today honoured with Russia’s most prestigious civilian honour, the Order of St Andrew the Apostle. President of Russia Vladimir Putin presented it to Mr Modi. The award recognizes Prime Minister Modi’s distinguished contribution to developing a privileged strategic partnership between Russia and India and fostering friendly ties between the two countries. The award was established in 1698 by Tsar Peter the Great in honor of Saint Andrew, the first apostle and patron saint of Russia.
